Question 1

How does a return work?

Accepted Answer

Return requests must be submitted by email to legal@ecommer.shop. Once received, Ecommer reviews the case according to applicable regulations and, if approved, forwards it to the seller to process the corresponding refund.

Question 2

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification. You can also check the status of your purchase at any time from your account on the platform.

Question 3

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the distance between the seller's store and your delivery address. You will see the exact amount before confirming your purchase.

Question 4

Who delivers my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders in Popayán are delivered by MESSENGER. Once you complete your purchase, the system automatically notifies the courier to pick up the package from the seller's store and bring it straight to your door.

Question 5

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

We accept all payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PSE (any bank), Nequi, Daviplata, and banking correspondents. Choose the one that works best for you at checkout.

Question 6

Is it safe to pay on the platform?

Accepted Answer

Completely safe. All payments are processed through Wompi, certified with PCI-DSS — the most rigorous international security standard for banking data, the same level used by traditional banking systems. Your information is encrypted and never exposed.

Question 7

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sellers enabled on the platform issue electronic invoices validated by the DIAN (Colombian Tax Authority), so you will receive a legal proof of purchase directly.

Question 8

How do I get help if I have a problem?

Accepted Answer

You can reach our customer support team at 314 851 8961. An AI Bot will initially assist you and redirect you to a real advisor if needed. You can also email us at legal@ecommer.shop for return-related inquiries.
